What is your return policy?

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perfumes or colognes once they have been opened or used.

However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
