Damaged item exception:

Exchanges and credits are only available for items that are defective or damaged.
If you have received a damaged item, please take a picture of the item and email us at customerservice@yourfragrancefix.com within 48 hours of receipt. 

We will gladly send a replacement product or offer a credit towards a future purchase. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
